The award funds two to three years at Oxford including all fees, a generous stipend, flights, and college charges.
- All Oxford and college fees
- Annual stipend plus settling-in allowance
- Flights to/from Oxford each year
- Nigerian citizen aged 18–24 (undergraduate degree completed or in final year)
- First-class or strong upper-second degree
- Demonstrated leadership, service and character
- Degree transcripts and CV
- Personal statement (750 words)
- Six referees with detailed references
- Passport photograph and birth certificate
