By accessing and using EHIGlobalTravel services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
EHIGlobalTravel provides visa consultation, document preparation assistance, application guidance, and related immigration services. We act as consultants and facilitators; we do not make visa decisions, which are solely at the discretion of the relevant embassies and consulates.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to: provide accurate and complete information for all applications, submit authentic documents only, respond promptly to requests for additional information, pay all applicable fees in a timely manner, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
EHIGlobalTravel does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by embassies and consulates. Our role is to prepare the strongest possible application, but the final decision is beyond our control.
5. Fees and Payments
Our service fees are separate from embassy/consulate fees. All fees must be paid before we begin processing your application. Service fees are non-refundable once processing has begun. Embassy fees are subject to their respective refund policies.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will only share it with third parties as necessary to process your application or as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
7. Limitation of Liability
EHIGlobalTravel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, visa denials, travel disruptions, or any other matters beyond our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the EHIGlobalTravel website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
